On motion the application of Jack Scheeler for a business li- cense for the ~vVashington Live- stock Sales Co. in Washington Township was approved. The Secondary Road Construc- tion Program for the year 1966 was adopted by the Board. The State Highway Commls- siGn's approval of the Farm to Market Road p~ving, proJeet~ in Dutch Creek Twp., Marion Twp. and Oregon Twp. was received and filed. Resolution was adopted where- by Easement for public highway from Erwen Graber & wf. in Crawford Twp. was accepted and approved. On motion the application for tax suspension by Edna Cole on Lot 2, Blk. 10 of O. P. Brighton, having been disapproved by the City Council of Brighton, was not approved. On motion Richard B, Hotle was appointed a Justice of the Peace, to fill vacancy, in Wash- ington Twp. for the remainder of the term ending December 1966. Adjourned sine die. M. a hearing was held on the proposal to amend the current county budget adopt- ed on August ~lst, 1964, in the General Fund from $199,000.00 to $218,000.00 as per notice publish- ed in the official couttty news- papers on October 27, 1965. No taxpayers appeared at the hearing. Thereupon, it was moved, sec- onded and carried that said bud- get be corrected by changing the proposed expenditures listed in the original budget, in the Gen- eral Fund from $195,000,00 to $218~000.00 and the Auditor was directed to correct his records accordingly.
