The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks will take on the Washington Demons in a cross-county matchup, but this time with a change of scenery.

The two teams are traveling to St. Louis to play in Busch Stadium on Saturday morning before a Cubs vs. Cardinals game later that day at 7:15 p.m.

The game begins at 8 a.m. and no admission will be charged. Those going to the game will need to enter at gate two and sit in the red field box seats.

Mid-Prairie comes into the non-conference matchup with a 6-9 record. They've been led on the mound by Brad Tornow with a 3-2 record in six starts. He has a 1.77 ERA and has struck out 39 batters.

The Golden Hawks are led at the plate by Collin Gingerich and Tornow, who both have .268 averages. Jacob Leonard has the most extra-base hits with five and Keaton Duwa leads the team with one home run so far.

Washington comes into the game with a 10-5 record so far this season. They have a two-game winnings streak going.

The Demons pitching staff includes Cade Hennigan, Kole Hinrichsen and Chase McDole with multiple wins this season. Hennigan is hitting .509 on the season with two triples, one double and 29 hits.
