Eleven months after the sale of Ironhorse Motor Sports, Zach Cornwell was back doing what he truly loved: working on bikes.

Cornwell had been the co-owner of Ironhorse Outdoor Motorsports from March 2014 until the sale of the business in August 2016.

However, the sale became a necessity due to a multitude of factors: Cornwell’s partner wanted to go back to college, and Cornwell said he struggled to find the right help for the business.

With the added retail aspect of the previous business, he said he spent most of his time working on paperwork, rather than his products.

That’s all changed in Cornwell’s new venture into the power sports business: ZNC Precision Powersports, ZNC being short for Zach and his fiancée Christina Dumont.

During his time out of the business, doing landscaping work for Kalonial Lawn Care, Cornwell said it was apparent to him that there was still a hunger for his work. Once he bought the property on 10th Avenue with room for a shop, restarting a motorsport business was “the obvious thing to do.”
