Homecoming Week, also called “Spirit Week”, began on Monday, Sept. 18, with hanging celebratory posters in windows downtown. It will end with a pep rally, a parade, the Homecoming game, and finally a dance at the school over the weekend.

Friday’s festivities start with a Pep Rally at 1:30 p.m. where the team will be cheered and the coronation of the Homecoming king, queen and court will take place.

The annual Homecoming Parade will begin in the school’s parking lot at 2:45 p.m. The parade will proceed east on Pioneer to north on Riggs to west on Commercial to south on Devoe to end where it began at the school.

The game itself will begin at 6:30 p.m. to be followed by the Homecoming Dance around 9:30 or 10 p.m.

The general public is invited to attend the Pep Rally, follow the Parade, and, of course, go to the game.
