(BPT) - Summer is many things to many people. There are pools, cookouts and parties on the deck, or you can pack up on a moment’s notice to leave town and explore something new. Beyond the long days, the extra sunscreen and the skipping out of work a bit early, the sure way you know summer has arrived is when you finally take that first sip of a cold cocktail on a hot day.

Because of its inclusive flavor and fine bubbles, Cava has become an ideal ingredient to some exciting cocktails. So if you feel like you need to kick your summer into high gear, here are five Cava-infused cocktails to help you do just that.
